Delivery and returns


The delivery charge within the UK is £3. I offer free delivery on orders over £70, and I will arrange for the royal mail tracked service on these orders. On all other orders I use standard royal mail 1st class delivery.

For international deliveries, the prices varies depending on the weight of your order.

0g - 500g - £12

500g - 1kg - £15

1kg + £20

I aim to do my deliveries 2 - 3 times a week, so allow up to 4 days to dispatch. In busier periods allow up to 7 days to dispatch. If you need your order sooner, please email me at


Royal mail is experiencing some delays in certain areas due to COVID, so please allow longer than usual for delivery. 


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and I have not received the item back, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any product that is a sale item, customisable or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a fault with the item. In this instance, you should notify me by email at within 14 days of receiving the order, with details and an image of the fault. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at within 14 days of receiving your order.
